Went out on a shoot for a Golf Club earlier this week. The tree was just to cool to not take a few shots. It had rained earlier that morning and when the sun poked out everything was crazy vibrant! Love how it turned out.

No, I didn't spend much time on it. I don't consider myself a photographer by any means - was just helping out a friend of mine whos the greens keeper at the club. More of a graphics guy

Really just getting into photography lately, I wouldn't even know how to go about getting rid of the chromatic aberration?? Any pointers?

Here's another from that day. I just like the clouds haha.

Thats a great shot. What are you using for post? I know in LR5 under the lens correction tab there is a box that you check and it gets rid of the abberation.

Ive been using a combination of LR & PS (both Creative Cloud Versions). Really just started using Light Room earlier this week so its all rather new to me.

Thanks for the tip. ill have to check that out and see how it changes the shot of the tree!

Just a quick iPhone snap. Working with my 10 stop filter. Love doing 30 second exposures during the day time. u7avyges_f1deb21c65d8c061de65840dc5f97ad38fa089a1.jpg

Alright go easy on me. My first attempt at time lapse. Shot last night. Turned out pretty cool. Almost does justice to how beautiful it was last night. Lots of flicker going on but my laptop is just way to slow to try any advanced editing so it's gonna stay this way haha.

Looks nice. A suggestion for next time might be to include a graduated ND to better even out the exposure between the sky and foreground.

    Some stuff I got today.

First wild turkey I have ever seen in my life, and he was a dick. I spent like a half hour sneaking up on him to get close enough for a good shot, then when he saw me, he charged me. I was laying on my belly about 20 feet from him, and he charged. I have never been on my feet and backpedaling so fast in my life. Then he wouldn't let me pass on the road to get back to my rhino. For a half a second I thought I was going to have to shoot him when he first charged. Wish I had a tag, I would have. haha.

. My parents had a rooster that was a complete ass. It would run around and attack them all the time. Eventually my dad got fed up with it and it went byebye.

    +1

Not normally a fan of grads, but that's because, like most filters, it is often misused.

This application is exactly what they are good for.

Better if you have a rectangular grad so you are not forced to put your horizon dead-center.
