Budget stuff is nuts on the military these days. I was shocked when I learned of the fate of the C27s. I too am glad the CG is getting them.

 

Took almost no pic this year. The Canon EOS just got to be too much to lug around, Did get a new smart ph (lg800g) so next year I will carry that in the pocket.. Let me dig around & see what I can find

Come on Jim, need to see a pic of a spring gobbler from down your way. I'm hoping you get one. They are much easier to hit than those quail, no excuse for missing.
I think you have the Osceola turkeys in FL. We don't have that particular bird up here. Wish we did, someone told me they are really easy to call in, one cluck and they come running in from everywhere!

 

Nice pics Jim. Every time I see your birddog/quail pics the memories come flooding back. I so miss quail hunting.

Need to really check the u joints.
Check for any binding. Takes a very delicate touch with the shafts connected.
Unless the center bearing rubber is really decomposed you usually done get a vibe like that on decel. Not saying it can't happen.
A broken leaf.
A bad trans mount twisting and grounding out during decel. Would not feel it under acc.
That's all I have right now without driving it.

Going to fire up the bike this weekend. Wash it and detail. Then register it next week.
Van so far so good. Kinda sloppy sealing the cowl so a little tlc will fix that.
