    Thanks gents...I hope this doesn't come off as cocky, but honestly it prob should have been heavier as the program called for 3 and I hit 5 the second set.

    :rofl: I felt AWESOME when I finally hit the 100s on DB press. Just somethin about those triple digits. I finally hit the 100s on incline DB press the other day. Could only do 4 before my left arm refused to push any more, but I was just happy to get em at all.

    They are redoing our gym here...which is why I had to move to the garage. It was to small and cramped for me.

    Suppose to have platforms though and allow overhead lifting. Better not find one bro curling on my platform!!!
