i will try and get some close ups...but the sides of the grill are pretty tight. tighter than the top, so the gap between the grill and the chrome frame are not even. it's not noticeable unless you are looking for it. But being a new truck i want everything to look factory "tight".

    Crap...does this cost a $1000+ bucks?!

$500 for the grill and $530 for the 20" light bar...geez.

Someone needs to make one that isn't $860, those lights are really expensive compared to other LED's

You could use this grille with other brand LEDs. All the cheap led crap from China is a rigid knockoff anyway.

Why make just a grill insert? If the point is to make a product that the majority of Tacoma users are gonna want then it should be a whole grill package not just insert.

Did you get the SR-20? I have mine installed behind he stock grill, but it really works well. The whole combo thing works much better than I would have thought. I don't even use my brights; just switch on the Rigid.

Those switches look awesome, I need to find a good vendor of those and stock up so I can ship them with the lights, Im thinking of wiring up a really cool dash panel soon with all my lights on individual switches.

BTW TAP Auto has 5 of each grille in stock, the lower 30" mounts and the 12+ SR-M conversions in stock. PM me for info!

Here you go guys, I know a lot of people were requesting these.

just got my Rigid grill from Tap and the instructions said it was pre bent and tested on a 2012 grill shell to mount as cleanly as possible by hand at the factory. however the metal is easily bent and may flatten out during shipment and adjustment to the bends maybe needed for proper fit.
The grill I got has no bends and is completely flat and not so easy to bend without knowing exactly where to bend and no way to secure the corners that need to be bent. For $500 bucks id hate to make a mistake while bending and if it flattens out during shipment whats going to keep it bent while driving when theres no way to secure the corners to the grill shell? I've been fabricating stuff for the past 30 Years and think Rigid could have done a better job to securing the corners and not just the flat part. For those that have no experience fabricating use caution before purchasing this grill insert as I don't believe its going to be that simple.
