    I've heard of that on other late model ABS cars, and in the back of my mind I guessed that what it was.

    The pop in the seat is the lumbar support giving out. It clicks out of place on the frame of the seat.

    I have the same rattle with the window switches. Will try using soft tape or felt. Not sure what it's called but it comes with a sticky side.

    Do you know if it is an easy fix. I'm still under warranty. Does the whole seat have to be replaced?

    I hope someone has a fix for this.

    I had my drivers seat replaced under warranty a few months ago for the popping noise. The new seat pops worse than the old one now:mad:

    I had a 2010 since new no seat noise in 100,000 miles I buy a brand New 2014 has the noise since new. Brought it in and they said they all do it I said wow you better contact Toyota if this is normal very frustrating there quality is slipping in recent years. I also had my power steering rack leak at 400 miles never had any issues with Toyota ever but this one is a dud!

    First these seats are junk, the cloth wrinkles and the seats make noise. The noise side to side when turning is the plastic piece on the right side of the seat down by the buckle and that the wiring harness attaches to. I thought I fixed mine by replacing the stripped screw on the back of the seat that holds the trim on. I think it is the push pin that holds the other side of the panel onto the seat. The only two ways I can think of fixing it are to take the push pin out and let it hang free or buying a 2017 Raptor. I have also heard the bladder make noise in the back of the seat. If any one is having a little tinny noise coming from the passenger seat over bumps, it is the recline lever spring. I have not pulled it apart to see what the fix will be yet. Also weird whistle coming from the drivers door along the top 90mph plus, bent the upper door frame once and the noise was gone, but came back because the steel is so cheap. I dont know how these trucks have been the best selling compact trucks on the market, they are built like shit. I try to fix the stuff myself, most techs are idiots and could care less about warranty work and making your truck right. It will come back scratched, not fixed or in worse shape. I bought a Japanese truck because I wanted quality, not the bullshit I have dealt with on Chevys. They need to make them in Japan so hopefully the quality will get better, this Texmex build sucks.

    None YET!!!
    @1 Bored Clerk

    I had the noise center of dash at windshield. After 9x apart they figured out irltceas the defrost duct. Now everything but the dash rattles. Beware. They lined ever piece of plastic with sticky felt to stop rattles from the console to radio bezel. It last about 1 year then I have to redo it all over . Noisiest vehicle I've ever been in. Super disappointed in the truck . 2012 dcsb

    Nice. Mine seems to have calmed down. I get random rattles here and there but overall my truck seems to be okay-ish or I'm just caring less as it ages.
