The best place (according only to me) was the Red Fish Grill. I had the alligator boudin balls (I know), mahi mahi with the lemon rosemary worcestershire sauce & white chocolate cheesecake with a few mint juleps (made with Crown).

    You been?

    haha...I know right.

My parents asked why we didn't stay at a hotel on Bourbon when they learned we were going there... We did walk on Bourbon so they understood after that why we stayed one block off. We ended up at the Monteleone which was pretty decent. I'd recommend it for those who want to see the Frinch Quarter without all the noise and bullshit ALL NIGHT long.

You guys still have the 182?

It's an okay job. I've worked around aviation a lot and in several different fields in aviation.

I used to own a Cessna myself. Wish now I would have kept it...

    I work Airbus A300-600, A310-200 & 300, MD11, DC/MD10, Boeing 757-200, 767-300 & 777-200LRFs.

Yeah, they have to clean their living spaces. Make probably $5 a month doing it.

If it was me, I'd make them pay for their keep except it'd never happen.

I'm not sure how all that works. They hard core or do you keep an eye on any type?

Yeah, I think we're gonna sell it soon though.

The big boy planes, those are a little out of my league.

I'm sure you'd do fine at it. GA is much more entertaining.

    Welcome back Joe!

I need to get better at the walk away technique; but I'm learning.

Welcome back to our little band of night stalkers. ;)

So I gotta ask; if it's slow, WTH was the guy yelling about?

    :hungry:

Off tonight, but awake again. Slept 'bout 5 hrs Sat morning then over to my fishing/hunting partner Randy's house to do some pre-season preventive maintenance on his Dodge Cummins diesel that hauls the camper. Pulled the radiator, there was 13 yrs of crap sandwiched between the trans cooler radiator and built up on the main radiator. No wonder it's been heating up on long uphill hauls. Put in new thermostat, water pump, belt tensioner, and serpentine belt. Got home 8PM, showered, ate, and then sat down to watch some TV ... Guess I hit the wall shortly there after, because I woke up about 1:15AM having fallen asleep in the chair. But wide awake now.

Need to try to get another nap in ... Going back over to Randy's at 9AM to put the radiator back in with new hoses, then clean, flush, and refill the coolant system. I'm anxious for it to be fishing season even though first trip is probably still a month off.

    Hope all are well tonight.

    Thanks Rob!

The dude is one of those that just makes an ass of himself. Always loud and always thinks he's funny when he's really just a dick.

We have several break areas for my group all located in the same building. For whatever reason several of us had gathered in the room with desktops and were using those instead of our iPads (company suppied but, too small for Netflicks or whatever). Anyway, he walks in and wanted a desktop and started running his mouth. Not to me but, he was standing about 2 feet behind me and yelling at the guys 50 feet away. I have on hard core ignore and unless I'm taking turn over from him I ALWAYS walk away when he shows up...just an annoying person. In any case, while not talking to me, he was close enough I could feel his breath when he was yelling. That was enough for me to be over it. It was either tell him to get the hell away from me or STFU or just walk away. I chose to walk away. The big push here now is being nice to our co-workers and I'm all for it. But, when I say be nice...it's not the normal workplace stuff like understanding other cultures it's gone so far as not being allowed to ask questions about a turn-overs work.

It takes me to the if it's good enough for my employer, it's good enough for me.

    So, how have you been?
