    It slides in and out of the tail of the transmission, and the center bearing just gets dragged along for the ride doing who knows what kind of stretching to the rubber it sits in.

    Not exactly Toyota's best choice in my book, but apparently it works

    Thats wacky as shit. No wonder why the center carrier on these things is so floppy and weak. Always found it weird why i can move the one my 4x4 a good 3/4 of an in + up and down... makes sense now as its the same part between the two.
