Looking for a 60k+ tire that handles well.

I'm open to anything except bridgestone or firestone.

I have decent tires on it already Michelin primacy mxm4 series but they will be sold with my stock rims as I upgrade it all.

I was gonna dip my hood today but apparently i'm not old enough to buy dip.

I think i'm gonna have my trans flushed, it was serviced at 60K so it's only been 54K since it was serviced. But i think I'm gonna drain and refill the trans monday before i take it to be flushed, unless the shop replaces the trans filter when they do the flush.

 

You're kidding me, you need some ?? I'll score it for you dude.....

& make sure you've checked into the flush thing (pros/cons) I've heard horror stories about guys getting/doing complete flushes on our trans. only to end in catastrophic failure, on the 2nd gen sealed trans complete flush is recommended IIRC

 

I'll get my cousin to get some, I'll be at his house monday-thursday (spring break FTW) so I have time.
I may get the CB and firestick rigged sometime this week also.

I PM'd Bill (Bamatoy, the Tech) and gave him the mileage now, and when it was serviced last, and he recommended a flush, but I'm gonna call the shop tomorrow (the people are very nice at express auto) and ask if the flush replaces the filter, and if it doesn't i'll change the filter before i get it flushed.

We're doing a drain and fill (with new filter) on my uncles 04 pre runner monday, so if that go's smooth/easy then I'll do one to my truck.

Yeah, I actually talked to their daughter and one of the techs, as Dave and Connie took the day off.

 

Why would you get a CB?

 

It was free (all i've paid for from the whole setup is the coax), and it's a form of communication.

 

I understand what a CB is, lol, more trouble then they are worth, but free is free.
