changed the oil today. whoever thought it was a good idea to place the oil filter where it is on the 4 cylinders must have been on crack.

The 6 cyl is no better. Previous truck was a 4 cyl and was much easier than this one. You end up dumping all the oil out of the filter before you get it out! :frusty: at least I do anyways.. Haha

Mine didn't do that job very well. Soon as I'd go offroading it would explode out of the dash throwing coins everywhere.

Not the kind of rain you want falling from the skies that's expensive haha

I tried the ash tray as a change drawer when I first bought the truck. First pothole and it offered to make change for a 5.

Even the little change holder in the armrest console offers to break a $1 when the going gets rough enough.

This is what I use my ash tray since I don't smoke.

I got one of these battery chargers from my old Galaxy Note 1. It has a stand built in.
    20140413_164504_c6853cdad21b2953c80a8c5f099dc688b3ebb1b8.jpg

I put some velcro tape on the bottom.
    20140413_164527_d2fe5b7e14fe42dc69d2ba1aa17cd2f11a442ff2.jpg

Put the other side of the velcro tape in the ash tray.
    20140413_162712_9caa944eae70546c007e5353aa3fef3841b8e89d.jpg

Put the charger/stand in the ash tray.

Cell phone holder for gps, music or other things :D

And when I don't need it, I just close the ash tray and there is no sign of anything being there. It holds the phone really well during hard turns and such.

Traced the "pin hole" leak in my exhaust to the rear gasket of my front cat. Both flange bolts were noting but rusty nubs, so I wire brushed both sides and welded all around the bottom half of the seam. Solved 90%. sure hope that cat lasts a while...
