    You could probably hit 255 on front squats pretty easily if you just worked them in to get used to the load.

    yeah i probably could but i don't think it will help my back squat much. plus my legs are like 80% quad, i really wanna grow more hammy. that's why i got rid of the squat shoes too.

    Yeah ive been doing just fronts for 3 weeks now. Started pretty low in weight, but it climbed up there pretty damn fast.

    i've been doing just the big 3 plus overhead press for the past 3-4 month now. gain is slow but at least its steady.

    Also got a new pre-workout called "Hyde" started with half a scoop and wasn't disappointed with the results.
