Nice find. I wonder how well it would fit in place of the OEM hood though??

my frame is already starting to rust pretty bad and the dealer is jerking me around about. waiting over a month for a toyota rep to contact me. so after driving toyotas for close to 15 years this will be my last one. they claim it is acceptable for the rust and i feel its not.

Just bought my scoop hood from Certifit in Atlanta for 107. Fits like factory. If it didnt you can return it in ORG packing no problem. Noticed you guys have one in San Deigo, just FYI.

There is an almost brand new stock one here in Edmonton for $350 which adds up to about 3 americain peanuts.

i can buy one brand new from an auto body shop for 330 canadian which is like 270 USD. If anyone is interested in buying a scooped hood, I suggest you price out the painting first. Body shop that I looked at quoted me 700-800 dollars to paint it.

    WOW!!

I got a whole car painted for $1000 about 5 years ago! You need to go to one of the smaller body shops.

    Cheers.
