Oh that infuriates me. If I have a friend or neighbor over and they have a dog I don't care, I accepted that when I invited them and I don't expect the dog to not go. If it's someone walking their dog, hell no. I once bagged it, drove by them and said "here you forgot something" and threw them the bag
