A lot? I didn't break shit. They put a zip tie around my drive shaft. Heard a pinging noise the whole trail.

You can turn the locker off on the fly. It's a selectable arb.. so when I'm turning full lock I switch it off.

Just don't drive like an ass hat and I should be ok

Second thought. . The people I have talk to with crawl boxes haven't broke an input shaft. Cvs shit anybody can brake those.
Crawl box gives you more control in my opinion. It was awesome wheeling with one. I am still learning what gear combination is best in different situations.

This is not the way to start a wheeling trip. Actually I noticed this at the hotel after driving 100 plus miles. The nut and washer off the bolt that holds the upper control arm fell off. Took about an hour to find a nut that fit. Luckily my friend new a parts guy a toyota that happened to have a random nut that fit.

Finally we got to the trail head around noon and wheeled for about 5 hours. Shit wasn't packed and the day was awesome

Took almost all the difficult lines. I've learned wheeling with a crawl box you have so many different options. You don't alway have to use compound low. Some obstacles require a little wheel speed. Also locking the front is sometimes not needed. It will take a few trips but I will get it

Before leaving I was debating to epoxy my flares on to the truck. I'm glad I didnt. There were a few times the flares popped off. Once because I rubbed a rock and another time because the rear wheel tucked almost all the way in. I picked up the flares popped them back on and kept it moving.

I have to download my pictures and videos hopefully tonight. Overall a great trip which could have started out terrible. The group I wheeled with was perfect 6 tacomas, (4 of the tacomas on 35s or bigger most fully locked, two crawl boxes) 2 old 4 runners (1 running triple sticks and 37s) when wheeling with a group and all the rigs are capable leaves little time to snap pictures.

Honestly see it happening once in a blue moon. Unless he starts wheeling like a rock hopper.

    Hahah! Nice!
 Damn, make sure you double check all nuts before wheeling!

    My checklist:

-Coils (three nuts on top and bolt nut)
    -Brake Caliper Nuts
    -UCA's
    -U-bolts

Also check for leaks in diffs, trans case, and engine/trans. Hit all the drive line grease points and shackle grease.

Maybe a bit too much but I generally only get 1 - 2 good wheeling trips / year
