    Nice, I'm gonna try to start walking at least an hour a day (including walking to work and class) and making sure I run at the gym and get my ab workout on. Gotta get my beach bod on.

    I'm walking for an hour outside, running for 2 miles on the treadmill, and walking for a mile every day. Then ab machine, incline abs, obliques, and then ab ripper x 4 times a week
