my quads and calves were a little more sore than normal yesterday. Other than getting hung up by the vest on a couple obstacles I made light work of the run :D

    The better coast
One of my friends sends snapchats of all places she goes out (sushi/pancake houses/burger joints) and then sends me one saying "cheat day is here" with a something chocolate.......

If she wasn't best friends with my hottest friend, I would have asked "what diet are you on....? Lol

Looks fun zombie runner. I tried running with 20lbs but that crushed me. Its not the weight that gets you but being able to keep it tight enough so it doesn't bounce around and rub you raw. I had a pretty crappy vest though. Yours looks to fit a bit better.

Its a 30lb vest but I only run with 10lbs as I dont want to kill my joints.
I did a ton of research on vests before I bought one. I got it from weightvest.com They are a pretty big investment but are superior to any other vest Ive seen.

I also added a small piece of foam pad on the backside of the vest on the chest to keep it tight and from bouncing.

I bought a few tanks myself yesterday, actually had to buy larges so my fat ass doesn look like a porker. But at least now I am finally big enough to feel comfortable wearing tanks. OOOO and I want this so bad now that I can semi pull them off.
