Well, that's good. Are you living in the woods yet? You might wanna keep on some mass to fight off bears and shit

I'm sure your arms grew an inch as soon as you opened the box

That's why I love bb. Last time I ordered, I got a sample of BSN's whey and pre-workout, which of course have nothing on ON, but free is free! I had to order a $4 shaker to get over the $75 mark so I could get my free gift lol. I always go with the shirts. I got one of their shakers on 2 separate occasions and both leaked like hell

This is the shaker I ordered to get above $75...$4.19 and it's the best shaker I've ever owned. I had the MP shaker before it and the damn top cracked.

Save up dude! Not everybody gets paid to go to school!

I'm only $2,900 away from paying off my truck. I have more than enough in my savings to do that but I like seeing all that $$ in there. haha. I've still been paying $1,000-800 a month though. Been really chopping at it this last year.

The GI bill has been a huge help in getting me through school. I also applied for scholarships and financial aid and managed to get both. I'm graduating in December, just 5 more classes to go!!

How much longer before you graduate? If you don't mind me asking.

Personally I usually workout through the cold(unless I physically cant handle doing anything). Although I'm sure its probably not helping my body get over the cold.

All the guys are in sleeveless shirts and wearing hats hahaha. I dont understand why youd want to wear a hat while working out...inside. I sweat enough when lifting. I cant imagine what a hat would look like after I got done.

I feel like it always prolongs me being sick. I'd just rather take a few days off and feel better. I'm sure there's a reason people with the flu, a cold, etc. are told to rest. Also, if I see some fucker at the gym sneezing and blowing his nose all over everything, I tell him to leave

I was the same way a months back when I was sick. I kept lifting like I normally did in the first week and come second week my body was pretty week from being sick and lifting the week prior. It definitely impedes on working out and lengthens recovery time. I'd rather be out of the gym for 7-10 days to get over the worst of it instead of have a decreased performance at the gym for the next month. This fall is gonna be hard on me cause I'm finally having shoulder on my left rotator cuff from tearing it 4 years ago. Dr said it's been getting noticeably worse in the last year and I can't put it off anymore without risking permanent damage. 4-6 month recovery time!
