You wouldn't wanna help my finish out my rear suspension when I come down would you? Gotta make some shackles, creeper joint rear hangers, relocate lower shock mounts again. I have everything except for the creeper joints. Just throwing it out there.. haha I guess it will depend on how long it takes for the bumper (since I'm guessing you'll have a set of sliders ready to go)

 

That's if I don't come across a deal on a welder sooner. I'm checking craigslist everyday. The thing is my garage doesn't have a 220v outlet and I don't want to buy a 110v welder....

 

I'm sellig my Hobart 140 for 350. 4 months old

 

Is it hot enough to weld 1/4? What all does it come with?

 

It's rated to 1/4. I just want to weld up to 5/8

 

How much does a tank generally cost?


And haven't had internet for a few days, finally got it transferred to the new place. I started to make my shackles today. Got them all measured and marked and went to make the first cut.... omg this 3/8" in beefy. Took 15 min with a portaban so I gave up. I'll see if I can get my buddy to cut them out with his big bansaw. I also can't find my 9/16" drill bit so hopefully that will turn up since it was $20!

 

I already sold it man.

 

Well damn. Something will turn up on craigslist, hopefully with a tank

 

Brakes have been squealing for a few days now. Just ordered some EBC Green pads from autoanything so we'll see what all this hype is about. Came to like $54 with a 15% discount code and free shipping.

Also started my 6" shackles. Haven't bought a bench vise yet so I had to get creative

Ha it's getting there. Going to try and get a buddy of mine to swing by this week to get a quote on putting some 220 outlets in so I can run a welder and a 60 gal air compressor

Ha yeah nothing like a nice big workbench And after that trip to Harbor Freight I actually feel like I can get something accomplished! Now I just need a bench grinder and a bench vise and I should be pretty set for now.
