    advice: buy running shoes, not crossfit speciffic shoes. I have a pait of Inov8 crossfit shoes. got them because the bike/triathalon shop i used to work at sold them, so i got them for free. they're nice shoes, and i wear them to the gym when i'm not running, but they are not an ideal shoe if you are going to be wearing it for more than a couple hours.
