    NYC is the worst lmao. Don't plan on bringing your truck, you're better off walking/taking the subway. Traffic is horrendous 24/7. Plows hit your shit in the winter time. People double park by hitting the front and back of each car they're between.

    I'm applying in NYC, DC, and Philadelphia.. Figure if I apply for 100 maybe 5-10 will call me lol
    I have a car.. I'd be taking the train/riding a bike, wont be there in winter
    $901 for a studio apartment. Thats $4100 a month (parents will help me with food and other bills). and its more about the experience than anything.. If I can get my foot in the door and work my ass off then I'm 1 step closer to my goal of working there full time

    If everything goes as planned and with how cheap houses are there will be no problem having one at the new house :D Shit I found one that was like 4000 sq ft on a lake for $249... probably right at the height of my budget but shit thats a ton of house
