I'm on an outside detail today at work, and this thing parks in front of me. Anyone ever see anything like it before? He says it's a supercharged 2012 front end and a Hilux rear end. He also says he has Icon stage 5 suspension. What do you guys think?

Not crazy about the taillights, but otherwise it's badass.

I just talked to the guy for a little. I asked if he was on the TW forum, he said no but he's on the expedition portal once in a while and he's not a big Internet guy. I like the truck. That's a lot of custom work. Thanks for the link Gaunt596. Good build and story behind it.

Thing looks pretty sturdy. A few years back I was in Peru around the Andes mountains and one of our guides had a hilux. Everyone was taking pics of the mountains and other scenery while I was walking around the hilux taking pics. The truck was awesome, the guide was very proud of it too.

I like all of it EXCEPT.............the way the spare blocks the rear view mirror. The cover is cool the way it is done but might as well have a solid back window and a rear view camera mounted under that headache bar. Other than that, wow, super cool one-off badassery. Lovin the "123" license plates. Look at how the front one is different from the rear one but both 123.......

Unique, one-of-a-kind, tasteful and practical mods, built to suit the owner's needs, to each his own...it seems more capable than some of the other Tacos out there with similar "dime-a-dozen" mods (my truck included).

It's hard to be innovative nowadays, and this guy definitely pulled it off.
