    Just hit chest n tris. Did abs and a tabata thing afterwards....holy shit, tabata is hard! Did jump rope, 20 secs of full intensity with 10 sec rests for 4 mins; it sucked ass! I'm gonna try to do one after each workout from now on.

    Decline bench: 4 sets of 10 @ 225 lbs

    Superset:
    dumbbell flat bench: 3 sets of 10 w/ 55 lb dumbbells
    dumbbell flat flys: 3 sets of 10 w/ 40 lb dumbbells

    Superset:
    dumbbell incline bench: 3 sets of 10 w/ 40 lb dumbbells
    dumbbell incline flys: 3 sets of 10 w/ 20 lb dumbbells

    flat bar triceps pushdowns: 3 sets of 12 @ 160 lbs
    skullcrushers: 3 sets of 10 @ 75 lbs (slloooooooooooow)
    single dumbbell triceps extensions: 3 sets of 10 w/ 45 lb dumbbells

    25 side-to-side twists w/ 35 lb weight
    25 crunches w/ 25 lb weight

    I tried doing the BCAA's alone today and that shit was gross. It tasted like mixing water, flour, and cat shit...I had to throw a little bit of protein powder in there to disguise the taste a little.

    Hasn't eaten since 12. Right around 6 hours. All I had today were a couple of sandwiches and some cereal...I'd say I was in a deficit after all the crap I had to do at work today. Didn't have time to eat more than that. Now to go home and make chicken.

    I got plain, unflavored BCAA from ON. It was cheaper, but tastes like death. I'll definitely be spending the extra on a flavored product next time lol.
