I no do fasted cardio (yet) I perform LISS....

Cardio post weights targets the fatty cells
    As glycogen is already depleted.

Interval cardio pre weights targets the metabolic rate, burning fat without losing muscle.

If ur eating enough, u won't burn muscle

Also HIIT will be just as, if not more effective...

What's the difference between interval cardio and hiit? Nothing.

Before, I was eating every 2 hrs on a +500 calorie above maintenance bulk. The only time my stomach was empty was when I was sleeping.

    Every two hours....gross. I can't do that.

Only way I can eat is intermittent fasting.

I tried that and liked it a lot, but with my current schedule, it'd be hard. My metabolism is super fast, so I only feel bloated after a big meal for only around 20 mins. That being said, I couldn't go as far as drinking milk or something before a workout.

Protein is milk derived...I can't drink it intra...or pre.

I rarely feel bloated doing intermittent fasting. Seems to work best for me. I bet though a coach is gonna shut that down if I try to get one to prep me for a show.

The only protein I do is post workout and before bed...until this bcaa crisis...I just put about a tablespoon of protein powder with it intra to hide the taste.

I'd find a coach who endorses it!

Yea, did the stair climber for 20, then some 720 lb leg press, 6 reps 4 sets, then drop sets to failure.

    Finished up with the extensions.

the stairclimber/stepmill is no joke. I used it for the first time last week. My hamstrings and glutes were pretty sore the next 2 days

I just tried hack squats for the first time last week and liked them a lot. I've got legs tomorrow, so I'm probably gonna do:

    back squats
    hack squats
    deadlifts
    leg press
