hi all! I have a 98 Tacoma with a STOP fuse that I am constantly replacing. (I carry a stockpile in my glove compartment!) I have learned that it might possibly be the housing for the trailer hitch wiring. Can anyone offer any other insight?
    Thanks!

    Hi Jennifer, Welcome!

If you are constantly replacing a fuse it is highly likely that you have a short somewhere.

What fuse # is it on your truck?

    Welcome.
I agree with both of ^^^^. Does it seem to pop under certain conditions (ie rough road stop, hard stop)? Personally, I would check the trailer plug wiring for points where it is rubbing, and also where it taps into the truck wiring if wire taps were used.

Well I know that there was a recall on the harness for a factory towing package if that's related. The only suggestions I have is to check and make sure that there isn't a short with one of the bulbs or if there is exposed wiring.

I purchased some very cheap LED bulbs for my parking lights and it blew out the fuse for my taillights twice before I threw away the bulbs
