yeah probably drunk. but who knows with him really. me and him are both friends with an old member and he has not heard from him in 3 or 4+ weeks.

Huh? You talkin bout the cb? Yeah it's a handheld. So it comes with a mount for charging and holding for in your truck and all you would need is an add-a-fuse thing and hook up 2 wires to it from a constant hot fuse slot. That's it. I plan to get one as well. It's cool to have a vehicle cb because they are generally gonna be more powerful but you can't take it out of the truck at all

 

This one actually had both. A slot for external antenna and hard wire. Or 12v plug and use the rubber antenna already on it.

The guys that used it on the trails said they heard and spoke perfect. It also has dedicated weather band

 

That reminds me. I gotta see if changing my antenna mount helped at all

We my wife is ok but our liberty is not. She was t boned today at work by a chevy pulling out of a parking lot. Not a lot of damage but enough to total it. 02 model pass side needs 2 doors the b pilar is pushed in about a inch it is a uni body so it looks like it is a loss. Went looking tonight at what is out there.

I been way busy with other stupid crap.

- Currently in a rental car, that took 3 fucking days to get. Had to take truck to body shop after side swiping a car pulling out of the parking lot at the end of last month. Whole passenger side is/was fucked. New frt qtr panel, new door and new bedside and they'll have to pull a dent out of the cab, fill it and paint it. Didn't phase my brute force rear bumper though, so I got that going for me!

- Had my Wet Okole bench covers on craigslist forever. Someone got a hold of me Wednesday night about them, talked to the guy Thursday. Said he was Colorado....was a little sketchy after that...but asked the guy if he knew of TW...But of course! And he's a member! (CollegeTacoma), helped take a little worry out of it. Went ahead and did the deal and should be shipping him out some seat covers today.

- Been working on finishing my basement on Saturdays. Shit's killing me after working all week. Everything is framed that needed framed and we're using this new stuff called "InSoFast" paneling that just glues to the concrete walls then you attach the drywall to it.

- Work has been stupid hard lately. Had 2 Volvo cars that just have been total pains and did an Xterra. Xterra was rough.

 

Update on cars: wife still wants a jeep. Guess we aren't buying a new car anytime soon. She says the new 4Runners are to big. Might try to look at the new explorer with the ecoboost. Those look pretty slick.
