    I think there is eventually. My parents opperate great on 5 hours of sleep a night.. but theyve also been doing it for 35+ years

    Not saying you can't operate. I only get 5-6 hours a night. i do fine during the day, but that doesn't mean that when your alarm goes off at 4:30 am that you'll want to get out of bed.
