    Since you're in a budget, do what Erik said and have ares build you a lower from an 80% receiver. Uppers can get pricey depending on in the components, so you should shop around. Online would be your best bet for deals and what not. Complete uppers can range from $400 and up.

    Well what I was saying from the start is I already found a site and their in CV with a lot less wait time and a lot more guns in my budget a lot better then ares.
    I was trying to get input on a gun or if someone was selling one set up already. I'm not looking for a place to build it just wanted input on a rifle here is the site

    no matter where you go for a built rifle, you WILL have to register it. Bottom line.

    Only legal way around that is to build it yourself after finishing a 80%er lower.

    You think it's just easier to have it registered then and buy a complete one? Ares has a 270 day wait that's why I was avoiding them
