    They have to approve the repair but they have to come down to see it and see all the wiring damage and then see about the hasmat people. If they don't come then It will be a half ass repair with dangerous fumes from the unclean metal.
    I'm not going to do it. They have to bag it and dispose of it. I think this repair will be a big expense with a poor result. Myself this car maybe un repairable.
