I recently bought a camper for my reg. cab 1997 toyota tacoma it has the 2.7 in it, the truck handles it fine (I've installed overloads) I'd like to find a clutch kit like Centerforce but their web site doesn't offer one, I don't off road a lot but I'd like the extra grip of a centerforce for those "steep and deep/hard to get to camping spots". I installed one in my 89 ford f-150 with the straight 6 and it made the world of difference in the way it gripped. does any one have a recommendation of clutch kit that they have tried and liked?
    any ideas would be great!
also: I've never installed a clutch on a yoda.. I've done lots and lots of subarus though, with a subaru its much easier to pull the motor than the tranny (without a lift or shop that is) how hard is it? is it easier to pull the tranny than the motor? and what weight/type gear oil is used in a 97 2.7L 4x4 taco?I need to change it in the front and rear axles, transfer case and tranny, I'm a big fan of redline and lucas, what weight do you guys use and prefer... keeping in mind I'm hauling a camper. thank you for any input!

I went with the Marlin HD clutch kit for the sidetracker. I like it a lot. it uses a 1200 lb pressure plate, plus it came with a busted input shaft to use as the alignment tool :D.
