I am a happy camper as long as the mudding is away from the trails and on private land. Some places you can't avoid it but generally that's part of the trail anyways. Its a quick way to get them shut down otherwise.

Its not bad where I go up here. Most the trucks wont be able to get to the mud due to how tight the roads are. The ATVs make a mess but at least it's no where as bad as a full size truck.

ATVs are the problem in the big horns. They go off trail a lot. Closed Whilette creek :pout: bastards..

I've never been much on mud on a four wheeler either. We used to ride over 100 miles in a weekend and it sucks hitting mud first thing then getting chafed the rest of the day. I also rode a race four wheeler so I had about 3-4" of ground clearance and was all about the speed and hill climbs :burnrubber:

Fucking ATV's and side x sides absolutely destroy the trails up here. I've been on trails where one day it was nicely groomed and fine, then the next day you hit the same trail after passing by a group of ATVs or side x sides and there's rocks the size of soccer balls scattered everywhere. The few times i've wrecked was because of the shit that they scatter all over the trail.

most dirt bikers i have "met" on the trail were dicks. Just blow right by you, almost kill themselves in the process. Will go in between two rigs at speed..cut up the side of hills..

    sad really..

At the TOTH a guy on a fourwheeler was annoyed for having to go around us and ending up going up the side of the hill and denting in a Tundra's door. Then sped off....

Not all are like that. No different than the douchebag off roaders that give us a bad name.

I 100% disagree. But I suppose I dont know the area.

Around here motorcycle riders are knowledgable about trail closures and land use and are more serious about the sport so they take better care. People on atvs are usually just rednecks out screwin around drinking and riding without any protective gear or any trail courtesy.
And how many has that been

I guess it depends where you're at, but a dirtbike with a 3" track width isn't doing near the damage of all 4 tires of an ATV churning up a trail. Thats the "im a goon moto rider" mentality that belongs on the track. But there's dicks like that everywhere.
