So on a another note I've been going to the gym for about 3 weeks now. I've noticed since day one my left arm is definitely not as strong as the right. I can finish everything with the same weight for both sides but it definitely harder on the left side. I'm assuming stay on the same amount of weight and sets for each side so its consist?

Gone for an hour and they ghey lvl in here goes through the roof lol. Just got done doing backnbi's. Since I began the cut 6-7 weeks ago, I haven't felt a loss of strength until today. I also forgot my pre-workout when I came to work this morning. Maybe there's a correlation there

sloooow wide grip pull-ups: 4 sets of 12
hammer strength pulldowns: 4 sets of 10 @ 315 lbs
    lat pulldowns: 4 sets of 10 @ 195 lbs
close grip rows: 4 sets of 10 @ 165 lbs
    standing rope pull-backs: 4 sets of 10 @ 170 lbs
    preacher curl: 3 sets of 15 @ 75 lbs
concentration curls: 3 sets of 10 w/ 20 lb dumbbells
cable curls: 3 sets to max @ 30 lbs 15/12/10/8
calves: (they were still pretty sore from my tabata jump rope stuff, so I took it easy)
leg press calve raises: 6 sets of 20 @ 330 lbs (different foot positions and widths)
