We'll my wife and I have eaten there countless times since it's opened and while some days are better than others nobody has gotten sick from eating there so I assure you that it's not the norm or one of us would have been sick by now... hint: it's my wife. She gets sick all the time and I can eat mayonnaise that's been in the sun for a week and not get sick. :D
