My truck has been getting harder to stop lately with all the extra weight, so I copied you again lol. I just ordered the same EBC pads and rotors, but I ordered from www.placeforbrakes.com lowest pricing I've seen. When you installed yours, did they give instructions on bedding the pads and rotors?

I got no instructions but the EBC thread under deals in the classifieds has a few instructions. I've just been easy on them for a while and are just now starting to brake a little harder to wear them in.

However this is my DD and I had one emergency stop a week after I got them. My truck stopped from 50 to 0 in order to avoid a wreck. The new brakes worked quite well.

    -TC race lowers
    -TC UCA gusset
    -TC alignment cam gusset
    -TC secondary shock hoop
-TC rear bumpstop kit and King bumps

Im still waiting for the bypasses from King as well as for my hubs to be built with ARP studs from our very own TW hub builder.

Are you done with your kit install?

Yes the ARP studs are stock replacents but just longer.

ARP 100-7715 they are 12mm x 1.5 right hand thread. They are actually intended for a Lexus. I used them on my old truck too.

I don't know if ARP makes these in a shorter length.

Contact nj636 the TW hub builder. He has quite a few options for extended wheel studs and can probably find what you are looking for.

When can I check out the newest LT truck in SD?

It was greet meeting you too man. I have done a few shake down runs and it's slowly coming together. I'm always up for a trip.

I had the front coilovers cranked too high when I went to 700 lbs springs. I've adjusted them like 3 times and they are almost good. I even destroyed a CV axle as I figured all this out.

I just scored a 50" Rigid LED light bar for 1/4 the price on CL. I picked up some So Cal Supertrucks roof brackets and hope to have it mounted in the next few weeks. I just hate wiring so much!!

Here is my new 50" Rigid E series LED light bar. It makes my 30" Rigid E series in the front lower valence seem like its not even on. I bought a set of the Rigid anti theft bolts to help it stay on my truck.

The brackets are from So Cal Super trucks. I highly reccomend them. You do have to drill one hole per side but they provide a paper template that you use to get it perfect. The hole you drill is for an insert that the allen bolt goes into.

They also provide a rubber gasket that goes down under the bracket. All of the hardware is stainless and the brackets are powder-coated very nicely. Its a bit more expensive than other kits but the instructions, template, and hardware more than make up for the price difference. They even include zip ties and metal tabs to help you clean up your light bar wiring.

Also note the tab on the bracket that helps keep your weatherstripping from coming up.

I ran my wiring down the driver side wind shield gutter on into the engine bay and its perfect. I used a lot of electrical tape to get the wires tight but it fit in the groove tightly and a bit of black RTV is helping it to stay in place. You cant see the wire bundle unless your right up on it.

Thanks guys. I had some really annoying issues with my CV axles that have finally been resolved.

I'm ready for the night run Aug 2nd to see what it can do.

Kind of funny but a few weeks after I put that 50" Rigid light bar on I took it right off and sold it.

It attracted all the wrong kind of attention to my truck and it made my 30" LED bar completely worthless. The 30" bar is more than enough for what I do with the truck.
