    One of the boats up here found the rocks a few nights ago; I'll try and post up pics later.

    Boat was originally a shrimper in the Gulf of Mexico - definitely shows in the construction. Welding literally looks like it was done by monkeys. Absolutely horrible!

    Best one was on the rudder shoe (backbone of the boat).. 1.5" flat stock butt welded, no bevel and a single cold pass!!! Just about every weld on the bottom of the boat snapped when they hit the rocks!

    i should have bought one instead of my SQ-12 clamp. Im making 12 5'x10' frames out of 3x6" tubing right now and that would have made this so much easier.

    the only strong hand ones i saw were way to expensive!

    We do quite a bit of mig & flux on stainless. I get to do most of the tig though. I rarely have to mig & flux
