AND...many thanks to Bsheriff11 for turning me on to Headstrong OffRoad

I've been trading emails back and forth with "Marie" from Headstrong and, in addition to being terribly helpful, her level of customer service has been top notch.

Ended up with the Bilstein 5100/Eibach combo with the 2" AAL (I have a non-tsb leaf pack) and they're assembling the shock and springs for me. I want to keep the stock "raked" look front to rear - does it look like I have things correct? The Billy will be set at 0 and not .85 as things stand right now...

I literally have butterflies thinking about getting this stuff on my beloved Taco...

Good stuff and hope you can make it out on Saturday. Yes they are great people to work with even if you have a thousand questions they will answer them all. They helped me out a lot as well.

bsheriff, it's cool.. i HAD to have them this week as I'm leaving sunday for the next 4 weeks so I just ordered on 2day shipping... cost me $20 but sense I got lucky and got a great deal from a local member :spy: I didn't mind a small extra cost for shipping quick

and frank: ya, I'd love to go down and test of some of this new stuff but I know I won't be able to make it that weekend, and the next we'll be celebrating mine and my sister-in-law's bray's so that's out too probably

Who has some plate bumper recommendations? Ready for this armor, I got pelfreybilt, all pro, elite off road in my top 3 right now as far as looks and I'm struggling to make a decision. Will prob get center and headlight hoops as well.

When I do get it, I'll be selling my avid off road bar powdercoated, my okled 30" light bar dual row, so if anyone here is interested you get first dibs at a fair price!

Oh and I got the springs that came stock with the icons, should I be looking at 700# springs? Plan on sliders and winch in the future.

Yea man I was thinking about it and I want to run something alittle bit bigger anyway I think a good set of 17s would look good especially since I'm going with the black and green theme.

Travis I'd be down for several summer runs bro.

Yea I'd probably go with something a little heavier duty since you'll be adding a good amount of weight with the plate bumper and sliders and winch. Not an expert but I'm pretty sure how it goes.

Freak does icon even make a 700lb spring?! I can't find it on their site. Would a 700lb 14" king or eibach spring work?

I'm pretty sure a king or eibach spring would work but can't guarantee you that

Yea I'm gonna call icon tomorrow and see what the deal is I am pretty sure I read someone got 700lb springs from icon I just don't see them listed anywhere, my c/o's are 13/650 now and if they don't offer the 700, I'll have to get the 14" kings. Not digging the blue but if it works oh well!
