Just drill until you break that chrome piece in half, obviously if you have a dremel with cut off wheel you could just cut it in half, but just use a drill bit and go through the chrome piece and take some pliers and pull it off, all those parts are replaceable. Should be nothing to it, practice your dirty talking to it since you have a lady friend coming over, that should help too.

Seriously though, do a little at a time and try and remove it and try again, safest bet.

Hey man, girl comin over, limited time, seized antenna bezel getting in your way? Hell no, you take that motha trucka out.

At least try taking needle nose pliers into the notches of the chrome piece to unscrew it, you may have use another set of pliers around the handles of the first set to get leverage and break it free.

Sub'd. This thread is pretty good. And the girl is more important than fixing the fender. Just get the truck drivable for now.

No girl is coming over tonight lol i'll be at her place tomorrow but I'm picking her up tomorrow morning so it needs to be ready by then, nightfall is here, i'll prob drive to a carwash with lights so i can continue working on the truck, i just need to get the fender on, align my projector, and reassemble the headlight and I'm ready, i just need to clear this last hurdle.

Thanks man. lol the girl is more important but i dont want to be driving around with just one headlight and a missing passenger fender/headlight lol

Did you try the pliers thing? Last resort is drilling out that chrome piece but from the looks of it seems like if it's seized enough only way to get it off is to drill it, good luck to ya, I'm drinking one for the both of is at this point

    I got the fender on...

    But ran into more hiccups

-some of the bolts aren't lining up near the bottom(I've got the top and side bolted on..

-The parts that dont line up are linked with the headlight so if i cant get them on the headlight will have no way of seating itself.

0.o going to the gym with just my drivers headlight now so fuck it for now, the rain isn't making this any more of a pleasant experience for me.

After some test fits i dont think the bolts not making contact with my fender will be a problem, i've got about 7-8 bolts bolting this mofo down and when i install the headlights, they go in and for some reason lock into place so I'm going to align them, re assemble them and hopefully have a complete truck by the end of today.
