    I just bought mine with a little over 16k on a 2013. Got rid of my second 4runner for it. Toyotas run forever. My first 4runner, a 1988 with the 22re had 120k when I bought it, had close to 200k when I got rid of it in 03, it ran like a champ, no real big issues. Ive been using Mobile 1 in my cars for years, it is amazing. Your story proves it you should email mobile 1 with your story. Congrats.

    Congrats! I can't say that I am surprised, Toyota knows how to build um. I think Mobil 1 and an oversized filter is a major factor. Nice job! Blow by 400,000 and let's see a picture at 500,000.

    Wow, that's just great.
    I traded a 1998 F150 with 205,000 miles for my 2014 Tacoma AC TRD 4x4
    It still ran great, I had that truck for 16 years.
    The paint was not in great shape, had very few problems with anything else.

    2 Ujoints (1 @ 30K & 1 @ 80K)
    Rear axle seal @ 40K
    front wheel bearings @ 60K
    Repaired compass/thermometer.
    Everything else is original, even the spark plugs.
    Head lamps seem to burn out awful fast, have replaced at least 5 times.

    Hope to keep for many more years.

    The cover is going to crap, but the cushions seem OK. I will likely replace the seat if I can find a clean used one. Anybody know where to get one?

    I recently saw an article on vehicles that hold the most resale value after 5 years.

    Toyota Tacoma was #2, retaining ~61% of its value. It's easy to see why.

    Toyota FJ cruiser was #1, holding a ridiculous ~74% of its value -- other factors are involved here beyond sheer vehicle value, like a limited production run and buyer demand for this used model.
