I see no reason why you wouldn't get normal MPG's, ask them to do the suspension TSB before you buy it, and an extended warranty. May not happen, but it lets them you you have resources for information and don't plan on getting screwed.

with a truck so new there shouldn't be much to worry about find out why the previous owner traded it in take a good look underneath for signs of leaks and abuse take it for a good drive not just around the block see how it feels it should still have warranty on it if it feels right you'll know.

yah factory warranty should be good to go.

Its not a TRD or SR5. Asking price 23K. KBB trade in price is 19,500 for excellent and 18,250 for average. So they should have some room to work in there.

are you buying outright or financing. the reason i ask is because when i went to buy my truck i was looking at used but the resale on these things are so good that because the interest rate on a used vehicle is higher and 0.9% was available for brand new trucks it would have cost around the same for a used or new one. just something to look at.

I'll be financing but honestly there just aren't many left on dealer lots after this Cash 4 clunkers bullshit.

I've only found one used 4 door and it was a base model with 38,000 miles on it and they wouldn't budge off of 26,000.

I was looking at a new 4dr, 4wd, trd, sr5 and had the guy talked down to 29,000 +ttl down from 33,000 but that just seems like a rediculous amount to pay for a vehicle.

Yah but you're in Canada. I'm talking about real money...not that monopoly stuff you guys have up there!:D

I guess part of it is that I've never had a car payment before either. I've always paid cash and driven slightly used cars. But this Jeep I bought three months ago needs a new transmission and transfer case at only 65000 miles so I'm a honestly just mentally done with it.

no i paid cash for it. But either way i'm out about 3,000. Whether I replace the tranny/tcase or just trade it in.

I keep cars as well. The last car I had had 198,000 miles on it before the transmission and AC went out. Thats why I bought HEEP but....that was a bad move.

I've got pretty much the same truck but in Impulse red, I average 22 MPG. V6,auto. That truck looks real sharp and the miles are right. I don't think you can go wrong with it. Good luck!
