    Yes, shit no sound....

    335 x 4 deadlift 3" deficit... 3 months ago I couldn't lift #315 once on a normal deadlift.

    Yea form is difficult on that low of a deficit being 6'1“... My normal deadlift my form is perfect. I'm not too concerned.

    Tonight I tried something a little different than I've done before. Normally I do my curls standing up but tonight I sat down in a chair and did them. I don't know if I've gotten a little weaker or sitting in the chair with my back against the back of the chair makes them more difficult. My arms haven't felt this much burning in a while. Maybe when standing up, my form hasn't been the greatest but I've tried to keep my back straight. Does sitting down make them more difficult and are they as or more effective?

    Do them on an incline, and completely straighten your arms on the way down. Incline curls work on your peak and BURN like a mother.

    I use the vertical grips, but from the opposite side of where they're mounted if theyre on a crossbar between cable machines, so that the movement is more like a close-grip lat pulldown rather than a vert grip pullup

    I get a huge pump from 3x15 sets at BW. If machines/dumbbells are taken I fill the space with them or end the day with them and get blasted
