Thx man, surprised I didn't see your truck in the prairie city meet up - looks like you would have been twinsies with another dclb. I was gonna go, but then I found some outstanding trails up by silver fork bend where we were camping... May need to go out there with some tw friends to explore a little further, was taking it easy as to not get stranded.

 

Silverfolk off hwy 50? I love that area .

 

Yeah! I think I'll go again in another 1-2 months. Would have posted on the NorCal trips thread, but set this up with a buddy who's jeep is not quite ready yet.

Beautiful area, looks like there is a lot of great wheeling too. I did use my locker once and got us down to a gnarly camp site to steal bigger rocks for our fire pit

Its usually not open yet due to snow but this yr has been dry.

 

Yeah, that's what we heard from a ranger! We did cut up some stumps out by snow (very small patch) up the road from camp
