I cater high end events and weddings with sticky fingers as well as line work and occasionally I do deliveries. I'm more into like mechanical work and things like that but this pays the bills until I'm out of school.

Damn. A few months more and I'll beg to do catering. I do commercial HVAC and when it hits 90 it blows

Damn. A lot of guys from Charleston. What's the general census of the area? Good, bad, regret living there? Me and the wife might come down sometime this year to scope some houses out.

That's the thing about HVAC. When its cold as balls and hot as hell, that's when you make the money. The cold I like, the heat not so much

Ain't that the truth. It's starting to get a little hot in attics. I'm a residential HVAC tech... Fun fun haha

good, depending on which areas you go...like most places.

only other somewhat local places i've lived have been Scumter and Fayettenam. this trumps them hands down.

Thats good to hear. We are hoping to get this ball rolling sometime soon. Plus SC has far less winter then Maryland and a much much longer fishing season. Ideally we'd like to be somewhere on the water on one of those little channels that come in from the ocean.

i live a couple of towns away from charleston proper (the towns are all butted together). i live about 5 mins away from freshwater canal access to a lake area at one end and the fresh of the cooper at the other. about 10-15 mins away is access tot he same lake as above, but across the street is access to the brackish part of the cooper right above the navy base.

lots of places to go depending on what all you like to do. like phoenix said, Mt Pleasant is one of the nicer areas around. closer to the coast the exponentially more expensive it gets.

I hate round-a-bouts. We have too many here as well. We are not too sure on the exact location as of yet. But I would imagine that we are going to be looking around the 250-350 range.
