Wow it sure is quiet on here this afternoon. Still on the same page as last night.

 

They're all sleeping in. Spring break you know

 

Shit spring break around here was a month ago. I'm at work prepping for a huge fancy event. Fuck watermelon balls and motazzarella skewers

 

Haha. I just couldn't work in food service man. I'm assuming you do catering?

 

I cater high end events and weddings with sticky fingers as well as line work and occasionally I do deliveries. I'm more into like mechanical work and things like that but this pays the bills until I'm out of school.

 

Damn. A few months more and I'll beg to do catering. I do commercial HVAC and when it hits 90 it blows

It's got its great days and it's awful ones but the pay is unreal

 

Damn. A lot of guys from Charleston. What's the general census of the area? Good, bad, regret living there? Me and the wife might come down sometime this year to scope some houses out.

 

Spring break for public schools up here this week. Didn't realize they were so different.

 

That's the thing about HVAC. When its cold as balls and hot as hell, that's when you make the money. The cold I like, the heat not so much

 

Ain't that the truth. It's starting to get a little hot in attics. I'm a residential HVAC tech... Fun fun haha

Thats good to hear. We are hoping to get this ball rolling sometime soon. Plus SC has far less winter then Maryland and a much much longer fishing season. Ideally we'd like to be somewhere on the water on one of those little channels that come in from the ocean.

I hate round-a-bouts. We have too many here as well. We are not too sure on the exact location as of yet. But I would imagine that we are going to be looking around the 250-350 range.
