Couldn't decide wich catagory to put this in so I just picked my favorite.

Anyone have good info, personal experience in any brake upgrades?

If this was already covered elsewere disregard. I didn't search, just being lazy.

EVERYTHING THAT I CAN AFFORD ! ESPECIALLY IF IT MAKES IT RUN BETTER &/or FASTER, STOP QUICKER AS WELL AS LOOKING GOOD @ THE SAME TIME.
    Hey,

If it is covered somewhere else, I haven't found it either. I have no
experience yet. But, after looking at a couple of the different kits
offered, I am going to go with the TRD upgrade (#PTR09-35050).
I was really hoping to find floating rotors and differential bore calipers.
However, these are much better than the stock stoppers, and the
Dealer$hip won't be able to pull the "It's an aftermarket item" bitch.
PLUS at www.trdparts4u.com they're discounted now too. How's that ?

    What's your name ?

    whats up Andy,

That was just what I was looking for. But man 2 griz! I dont see those brakes siting on my truck ant time soon. Also, it wasn't mentioned in the details but, I think that kit would requier 17" wheels min. to clear, like the Xrunner. I have been thinking about 18" black wheels with a polished lip. How sweet would that kit look behind those wheels.

A side from looks I'd like to have the extra stoping power for traling the boat.

So many mods, so little cash:(

    The name's Dave

I had an opportunity to use my ABS brakes and I’ll have to say they work great. I had to make a sudden stop and I slammed on the brakes, the ABS kicked in and I was stopped. I was impressed.

Help out a slightly slow member of society. TRD Brake Upgrade? Say.....you have an 07 TRD Sport. Would the brakes be upgraded....or.....would you have to purchase an upgrade for the TRD? I have family that does mechanical work so I can bring it in and have them do it once I (if necessary) purchase the TRD Upgrade. (?) And.....last question....the added value for this mod?

    Thanks!
