On Fabtech's website their 6" lift kits say they are compatible for 2005-2013 Tacomas so I called them up and asked if they are compatible with the 2014 Tacomas too. They said they don't know yet because they haven't been able to get a 2014 Tacoma in their shop.

They asked me if I was in Southern California and willing to bring my truck in but I live in Virginia. I told them I would post this up in the forum so if anybody here is from South California with a 2014 Taco, I would call them up and I bet they would give you a good deal. Here is their number and website 877-432-2832 http://www.fabtechmotorsports.com/

I'm pretty sure there isn't much difference between a 2014 and 2013. Anybody correct me if I am wrong?

There shouldn't be any difference between 2012+ ... And why would you want a 6 in lift anyways...

Thank you for the first half of your post. As far as the second half, ugggh, did you join the internet yesterday or something? Of all the off road forums on the whole internet there are 20 billion threads on long travel versus 3" lifts versus 6" lifts etc and I have read them all. It all comes down to personal preference bro. Personally I like the better breakover angle of a 6" and in my experience on the trails they get hung up on stuff a lot less than a 3". Yes, I am aware that the COG is higher. In the end, 6" looks sick and this may sound stupid but the biggest reason I like them is that I am really tall and when I sit straight up in my truck all I see is headliner. So for daily driving, the higher the truck is, the better angle I can see out of the window and it's more comfortable. So dude it is personal preference. You could have at least added some productive argument and tried to convince me otherwise. Sometimes I never understand people on the internet.

I adjusted the title and moved the thread to the Socal section so hopefully you'll get a better response
