    Hey Texas TW members! I couldn't have found this thread soon enough, I'm looking to buy a lot of parts as stated in my signature, but for the most part I am looking for stock suspension parts. Does anyone have them lying around?

    Yeah its constant. 600# welder and about 100# in tools/tool box







    So would I be better off getting the Dakar's with the aal or Dakar's with the Firestone air bags?

    You are in luck. I have stock u bolts and plates. I will accept a 6 pack of craft beer for payment. I might have some stock shocks but not sure since it would be in the attic.

    I keep my bags at ~10 psi when not loaded and have not noticed a stiffer ride in my truck. When towing and I air the bags up to ~20 psi I do notice a firmer ride but not a bad ride.

    Yes! We drove through some heavy rain coming home from the ballgame.

    How much are the Dakar's? I think I gave less than $200 for my Firestones used.

    The Dakars are about $350 plus $75 for the AAL. It sounds like he is looking to replace the leaf pack anyway so the AAL is cheaper than the air bags.

    Ah; didn't remember moving any truck parts.

    Never heard that before; but I would put up with some rain to get seven more weeks of rain. We need it.
