    Hello folks,

I was looking at the local news & saw the brush fire off of Cardsound Rd. It looks like it's the Homestead Hump area. The news reported it as a "suspicious" fire. I hope I'm wrong but if it turns out to be a fire that was purposely or carelessly set this may result in closure of the Humps.

Hopefully, that is not the case.

Do it man. The more people the better it usually ends up being

Anyone want to let me ride along in their truck lol

Sadly i traded in my taco for a 2012 camry. Expecting my newest
Addition to the family in 9 months ( hoping for a boy ). The truck tends
To be a little too tight with car seats in the back. Im not too bumed out
Because im going to start saving for a first gen that i will strip the interior
So i can really have some good fun with it

You traded your silver 2013 DCLB TRD Sport for a Darker, fully loaded 2012 Camry SE V6...

Loved that car, but after having a truck, I couldn't go back to having a Car. Had 5,000 miles on it when I traded it in...luckily I didn't loose too much, since at that point I was a frequent flyer at the dealer.

Nick, I live further north than you & I'm most likely gonna go solo or just with my other son so if you like I can pick you up.

Also, Congratulations on your Camry. I love the interiors on those cars!

that is actually pretty ironic if you ask me. weird anyway...

yea I really love my truck and couldn't really believed it myself
when we finalized everything. But like I said I plan now on getting
a first gen soon enough that I will more than likely strip down and
will be my trail truck so I wont have to worry about putting a $30K
truck through some intense Sh*t :mudding:

Hey dan. your about the only other person that I know of here that
actually has a long bed like I did. you interested in the camper top
I had on the truck im really trying to get it sold asap. Let me know if
your maybe interested, I'll work out a good deal for you man. really
don't want to see a good camper go to waist.

Sounds like a plan to me. Till I get myself another truck ill just have
to settle for the passenger seat, as long as someone is willing to take
me along with them that is

You got it Nick! BTW, good idea about getting a 1st gen for off-roading. Maybe even an older, high mileage 2nd gen but both options are still pretty expensive because these trucks don't depreciate very much.

    Hello everyone,

I talked to my wife about Homestead & she said that Mothers Day is fine for md to go. We're having dinner at my moms on Saturday night & we're going out to dinner with my mom-in-law on Sunday night so that leaves Sunday morning & afternoon free to roam the dirt!

I leave it up to everyone who is going to decide on Sunday May 4 or Sunday May 11. Which ever date gets the majority vote will be the meet day. I'm good either way.

Thanks all & LETS CHOOSE A DATE!

I think the real reason couldn't live with the Camry was that I had it through Sandy (hurricane/tropical storm/flooding) and I just couldn't go anywhere. Had to call friends with trucks to take me to work.

I would, but I have the toolbox that I don't think I could live without. I'd put it on craigslist if you can't sell it here. Should sell it within the week. I appreciate the offer though...

Definitely couldn't do Mother's Day. Work and future in-laws will eat my soul that day...

1st congratulations man, I just had my first a few months back. Now...

NOOOO...!!!! bad Nick, WTF I have a 3 month old and the infant car seat is a bit tight but nothing you cant live with. They are only in that seat till their 5-6 month old. Well. really its based on the baby's weight. But I understand, Is this the only car you and your wife have..? We have 2 I knowe the Tacoma wouldn't be the best DD for a family but it would work with a topped in the back so his/her things don't get affected by the elements. Oh well you gota do what you gota do, like mentioned above at least you stayed in the Yota family.
