On a side note, I have a permanent scar from helping build that thing.

 

Nice first gen. How is the interior? I like the 4x4 parking brake.

Thanks! Interior has seen better days but it could be worse, I have a few pics uploading now. And my parking brake is a hunk of wood haha. It's on the to-do list.

 

I was back and forth on what I wanted to do with my build (gears, locker, and armor for the taco or a dedicated wheeler) and ended up going with the separate trail rig. For the same money I was going to dump into my tacoma, I have a pretty built solid axle rig. Now that it's daylight, I got some pictures of the new truck.

Hell yeah man sounds good! I'm getting the title notarized tomorrow morning after I get off work and I've got a few things to do before I'm ok with driving it down there. Brake lights don't work and I need to pull the carb and soak it in seafoam. Probably change the oil too for peace of mind. Uwharrie is only about 1 hour and 20 min from my house so it's not bad at all.

 

Bout the same ride for me, Propane swap that hoe.

 

Trail gear SAS kit, an 3" rear spring kit on the way for the black truck. I'll be ready for the uwharrie run, don't worry

Haha me too! I can't wait to go put over something. Been working 12 hours shifts at work so I haven't done shit with it yet.

 

I wheeled with some rubicons that had the rubi case, and its 4.something to one, SO SMOOTH going over stuff. It was awesome!

 

I can imagine! I'm pumped.

Got tags for the 82 today. Need to find some time to fix a few things but I worked 8pm-8am last night, doing the same thing tonight, and I'm working this weekend. I'm tired just thinking about these next few days
