    Finally benching 405#s consistently even if its not a good day. Its been a goal of mine for years now. Switching the workout up for a bit. Anyone else try following Dwayne Johnson' s workout he did for his Hercules film? Been doing it for a couple weeks now and its pretty killer. Its more for size/toning gains then strength gains but its a great workout regardless.
