I have a pair of Smith's. Think they are the only pair I've owned ever. I like them but they are scratched up a bit.

 

I use walmart sunglasses at work so I don't break my oakleys. But I've been using them for years and I don't see how they hurt your eyes.

shit sunglasses won't block all of the UV light, but will appear to "darken" your surroundings because of the tinted lense

your iris opens, thinking you're in a dark room, and UV gets all up in yo business

I like my smiths too. 100% uv protection and polarized were way cheaper than any polarized oakleys i have seen. I like oakleys just not the price. I may pick up some of the smith elites depending on where im working this summer.

I’ll never own a pair of sun glasses that are not polarized.

I got a nice little discount on my last pair of oakleys, and probably will on my next set. I have some spy that are also polarized, i just need new lenses for them. got them back in ’07 or ’08 frame has 1 little scratch, but lenses are kinda bad. makes for good pair that i can use working outside in or 4 wheeling. $40 for new polarized lenses, but going to see if i can get a discount on them and be even cheaper.

 

FYI they offer discount to police as well not just military.

 

But they're actually polarized? They make glass all rainbows and stuff like my oakleys. And when you turn two sideways shit turns black. Soooo idk. Plus they say they're uv resistant. Idk man!
