    He had 8 years prior experience as a PM/estimator for one of the countries largest glass fabricating companies and before that he worked with me for the largest glass fabricating company in the world. Corporate experience + drafting skillz + a reliable customer base that will follow you to a new company = OK first year pay. Ive seen much higher, but he wasn't a good negotiator.

    "GOOD" Guys in the field here are making 100k+. Most retire with almost 2 million in their pensions.

    Office management lack pensions but can make more if they work hard.

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    i do very little actual work though...lol. that's not including my guaranteed quarterly bonus', just salary...and you have to think about cost of living into pay. it's low down here for the most part.
