True but there will still be some wear on the gears creating fine particles. No biggie now that its nice and clean

Since I can't seem to decide what to work on next, I thought it would be a good time to organize *some* of the bolts and misc I pulled from the truck. :anonymous:

Might take a hiatus from working on the truck for the summer. :(

Man, and I thought I got lucky finding that perfect bolt to mount the second horn...

I still like my spot so far. Only downside is that the passenger seat can't go forward all of the way with the flashlight in the mount. Only by a couple inches though.

That's where I thought to put mine but the little detail about the seat sliding forward made me rethink it. That's where I mounted my MB radio.

Other than doubling as a weapon... why would you want the D-cell maglites anymore with the advent of much brighter, smaller and lighter LED flashlights?

I have a tiny one I keep in the center console that is insanely bright. Fully waterproof too.

Personally, the beginning sentence is my reason. I keep a little led in the center consol. The maglite is led too.

BTW, I think I'll be using Lexan for all the windows (except the windshield) should I even bother selling or giving away the OEM ones?

I do like that spot because of how easy it is to just grab it. but i think it may be a little too out in the open for me.

the mag light i got is a dcell LED. looks pretty damn bright but i havent been able to get any batteries to test it out yet lol.
those small flashlights always seem to break on me.

wow thats an expensive small flashlight.

The little LED flashlight I have was on sale for 2 for $5 at Autozone. Super small, super bright, waterproof and has proven to be very durable.
