HAHAHAHA! I understand. I wouldn't have done it with my wife being OK with it.

    HAHAHAHAHAHA! Thanks man!

I really can't complain at all. I go almost EVERYWHERE with her & she goes almost EVERYWHERE with me. She also knows that I've been under a bit of a strain with handling my moms stuff since her stroke last November so she's very supportive of me (as she's always been). When my older son & her got sick before Citrus she insisted that I go but I couldn't do it without them. That was our plan.

Last year in June I drove to Covington, GA to pick up my FJ wheels/tires. I don't remember the price but it was a good deal (not including gas, haha). I kept the wheels & gave the tires to my bro-in-law who still has them on his Silverado. Plus, I'll use ANY excuse to go to the mountains & I love to climb Stone Mountain. My wife knew this & surprised me by renting at The Stone Mountain Inn. It was good for both of us to get out.

DAMMM, YOU WERE MY LAST HOPE LOL.
I have had it on craigslist and I really haven't had any luck selling it yet.
well see hopefully soon someone will want it and take it off my hands.

that's the main issue the Tacoma was our only family car. For running around and going to work for the both of us so gas itself wasn't the best.

but also my daughter kicks the back seat already and shes about to be two. we keep her seat behind the passanger seat because my wife is
shorter than me and doesn't mind having her seat up.
I need to have my seat back enough to be confortable. so I can only
imagine trying to put a car seat behind my seat.

either way I will be getting another Tacoma or 4runner soon enough.
and then I really don't have to worry about it getting messed up or
    ......flooded..... :rolleyes::stirthepot: :rofl:

x2 on that one. this is me on mothers day right here--> :burnrubber::mudding: :ballchain:
sorry jmangone but I think most of us are going to be chained down
for mothers day. but don't let us stop you from heading out there

you should've tried putting the seat in the middle. thats how I've always had mine, plus I've read its safer to have them in the middle just in case of the side impacts.

yea that probably could have worked but in the end it probably would have
also been a pain in the ass to deal with on an everyday basis.

Hey Josh, like Nick said. Sorry man :(
I tried but Mothers Day is tough for most of the people on here that are going.
Maybe you'll get lucky & you can make it on the 4th. Tell her that you want to celebrate YOUR FIRST OFFICIAL MOTHERS DAY before the arrival of your child.

HHHHMMMMMM! That may work. Good luck bud.

That being said guys, the Meet will be on May 4 & we will meet at 11:00 am to hopefully head out a few minutes later.

    Thanks

This is true, best place is in the middle. But you used the middle seat belt right...? I prefer the hooks, but they only work on the sides not the middle.

You call it a build thread?

I call it a "let me show Petros what he needs to do when he gets his" thread!

    Hahaha!

I did see your truck in person when we met up last week & I can say that it looks EVEN BETTER in person!

I'm happy for you & hope you can enjoy it for years to come.

    HOT FIRE!

I have car seat in the middle, use the hooks on the sides and then theres another attachment that goes over the back seat that hooks in. I don't use the lap belt.
